Description

The name Marne 180 has its explanation in the very soil from which it is born. Marne means marl, the variety of soil on which the vineyard grows. and 180 are the degrees of its exposure from southwest to southeast. This wine is made with grapes from several vineyards located in the hills of Valpolicella, standing out for its good balance, fine structure and magnificent aging potential.

APPEARANCE

Intense ruby color with a slight amber hue. Clear and transparent.

AROMA

Aromas of vanilla notes and ethereal airs from aging in wood. Notes of sweet fruits such as currants, blueberries and cherries typical of its varieties, chocolate and coffee.

PALATE

Shows a robust structure, a round and warm sensation and good balance. The retronasal confirms the notes of the nose. Long and persistent.

PAIRING

Ideal with red meats and cured cheeses.
Serving temperature: from 16º to 18º C.
