The Verdejo has a fine aroma of soft, ripe, white fruit. Grapefruit, anise and green hints of blossoms and freshly mown grass. The wine is sparkling with flavors of fresh fruit such as citrus and fresh herbs such as mint and nutmeg. The Nius Verdejo has a little touch of Sauvignon Blanc in the blend, always less than 10%. The Nius Verdejo is a perfect glass with drinks, but can also be used as an accompaniment to various dishes. Think of green salads with fish or goat cheese, also delicious with a green curry with fish or chicken and a bit of spice and don't forget the sushi!
