Bodegas Palacio de Bornos enters the world of sparkling wines starting from the variety that defines it: the Verdejo grape. Palacio de Bornos Brut encompasses all the aromas of a good Verdejo grape (white flowers, aromatic herbs) adding the aromas of the second fermentation (nuts, pastries) and in harmony with a very well integrated bubble.
APPEARANCE
Straw yellow with golden iridescence.
AROMA
Powerful, complex and mature, with notes of white flowers and wild herbs.
PALATE
Full and fresh on the palate, with great structure.
PAIRING
White and blue fish, seafood, poultry, white meat, vegetables and cheeses.
Serving temperature between 12 and 14 ºC.
